      Pros

      - Good place to experience start-up-like culture - Possibility to meet colleagues all over the world - Expose to multitude of projects/contexts - Great chances to learn Japanese culture

      Cons

      - Still make much distinction between Japanese and non Japanese in career terms - Too much bureaucracy and too much useless politics - Not easy to bring your ideas towards production - Japanese still suffering of non-invented-hear syndrome - Very weak and un-visionary management

      you will get an oppurtunities to learn the things at your. Ability of one's will be considered. Good Automotive industry which can make ones life way better.

      Japaneese is must for rapid growth as well as to gain in depth knowledge of Planning and execution.

      Lots of paperwork. Worst working culture because of novice Indian managers. Worst micro-management. Biased working culture
