It used to be a family oriented company

Cons

New leadership has taken over and is terminating everyone from the previous administration. All the decent helpful people are gone and the CEO continues to trash the company. He is hateful demeaning and does not appreciate the hard work that we all do each day while COVID is still affecting each one of us. Half of my plant has had it and he never even called to see how we were doing. He's ruining the company.
