Machinery is outdated and getting worse, nothing usually gets fixed properly, management is ridiculous and disrespectful, nobody appreciates you, high stress, favoritism, the work is hard on your body in most departments, they constantly go on about efficiency but do nothing to improve it, keep spending money on "improvements" that make the jobs worse but just expect you to do better, keeping quiet about covid cases, not taking proper precautions, no sick days, take your vacation days if you need FMLA, Dr. note or ER note not an excused absence, HR is highly condescending and unhelpful, lots of mandatory overtime, most people would get a different job if they could afford it. "Do the best you can" is a mantra because they refuse to fix the many equipment malfunctions and material defects. .
