Management lacks communication. Nothing is passed to the employees or to the departments that are affected my a MOC. Not many are held accountable for anything. HR is hated at the plant level due to incompetence

Other than they change your break times by shortening them, they don’t pay adequate money for forklift drivers. Talks and treats employees like children. Managers will spy on you from a distance. Inside and outside. Everyone is not paid the same some people get more and some less which for how damn big that place is every one needs a raise pulling around heavy pallets.
