Pros

Offensive team is very friendly Work life balance (if you don't take up OT work) There is a performance bonus at the end of year

Cons

Downgrades of benefits since many years ago. Lots of experienced consultants have left so there aren't many people to learn from. Talent pool is shrinking, newer consultants come in uncertified. New management is quite divisive. CEO only cares about products.

Pros

Nice, friendly and hardworking consultants

Cons

-Many experienced consultants has left since the new management tookover early 2022 leaving behind new hired consultants lacking certifications/experience. -Unfair unlimited leave policy only applies to the rest of the company but not Cybersecurity consulting. -Consultants are expected to be on 70-80% utilization -20% R&D time is removed to make way for more billable hours. No more dedicated training time and required management approval. Training and exams counted as non-utilization. -Last minute project cancellations are counted as consultant's non-utilization through no fault of theirs. -Consultants are not allowed to take leave days if they did not meet the utilization targets even those entitled to them in the signed contract. -Consultants are not able to apply for urgent leave if no other consultants are available to take over the scheduled jobs. With lesser experienced/certified consultants this meant most of the time. -Consultants are expected to pick up the responsibilities of the new delivery team who are supposed to ensure projects can begin smoothly for consultants. New management is aware but allowed this to happen, increasing the burden on consultants. -Consultants are pressured by sales and management to "help the business achieve targets" by working extra hours til past midnight on top of current billable hours and getting paid literally peanuts instead of their hourly salary. -Bonus and increments for consultants are very little when Cybersecurity consulting supposedly brings in substantial revenue in the entire company. Consultants were let down time and time again. -Bonus and promotions were delayed time and again with excuses given. -New management who is a narcissist and favors only those who gets along with him. Regularly bad mouth others and past leavers to consultants supposedly to gain their trust but it is easy to see through the lies. -Higher management focus more on product when their bread and butter is in consulting.
