Cons
was once family owned and operated, managed by a board of officers that were trained in the business working their way up. Tough times brought new ideas and new officers that were not educated in the business, they had a college education and a lot of ideas that on the surface were good. Unfortunately, the new way of doing business did not work and company wasn't able to keep from losing a portion of the business to a more corporate style company that is truly wonderful but the challenges brought on by the decision to bring in new uneducated in the business officer (s) saw the core leaders who were instrumental in its success gone. Was never the same!
