CEO who understands that team building is important. The people are all very experienced in their area and are very capable. They are all very easy to work with. Treated like and adult.

The culture is wonderful and I feel like I am heard as feedback is actioned on. People are warm and welcoming. CEO is inspiring and visionary. He is very connected to people at the company. Flexible work is great.
