Benefits are not bad for employees.
Cons
Too much favoritism at the corporate level. Pay is awful, no policy or procedures done correctly. Don't care about there employees.

Pros
Good Supervisors are Billy and Zoe. A lot of helpful coworkers and employees in the manufacturing and shipping areas.
Cons
corporate does not really relate with regular workers. Boss has favorites. Pay raises are minimal not many opportunities for growth in positions. A few unhelpful coworkers with bad attitudes who try to create confrontation. No proper forklift training.
