Honestly, this has been the worst place I’ve ever worked. There’s no real structure, no clear direction, and decisions get made on the fly which just creates chaos. Deadlines are completely unrealistic and when things go wrong, staff end up carrying the blame for management’s mistakes.
The culture is toxic and unstable. People are let go all the time under “business needs,” so you never feel secure in your job. You’re often spoken to like you don’t know what you’re doing, and there’s no respect or trust. It leaves you constantly worrying about whether you’ll have a job tomorrow.
The benefits are basically non-existent, and any promises of things “getting better” never materialise. There’s no investment in staff, no focus on wellbeing, and it honestly feels like everyone is disposable. Customers don’t fare much better, decisions are always about squeezing profit, never about service or people.
If you want stability, respect, or a company that actually cares about its employees, this isn’t it.
