corp management micro manages plant level managers, the executive culture is a closed niche. they tattle tale to each other what happens in the GA plant. example: an employee lost their temper in front of everyone. within 3 minutes the CEO was calling the plant mgr. how did that news get to him so quickly? from corp mgmnt at the plant that day. employees can loose their tempers and local management is at fault without considering what had happened.
