      Supportive environment with fair pay, but slow cross-training

      Pros

      Yearly company retreat, anonymous surveys that check in weekly to see how you feel about the job and your contribution very fair starting wages and quarterly bonus opportunities leadership really makes themselves available I’ve meet the CEO twice in less than 6 months and I’ve never meet a CEO for any company I’ve ever worked for so that really is extremely refreshing

      Cons

      The only con I have is that I wish that cross training was done after 6 months our so of you in your core position there big on keeping the queues clear, but a Patient will call and it’s something I can’t help with and I have to say I’ll get someone to call you back and now where playing phone tag with them

      - Surrounded by incredibly intelligent team mates - Mission that matters to help patients get access to therapies they need - Open conversations about decision making. My voice is heard.

      Cons

      - Very fast paced, infinite things to do, need to know how to prioritize. Not sure if that’s a con, just a fact!

      Collaboration with the best in the industry. Ability to change the way patients access specialty medication

      Not a con- startup requires independent thinking and the want to build and grow processes with minimal guidance.
