      - A few genuinely talented people, but most end up frustrated or leave quickly. - Very limited chances to actually learn or progress. Growth of the team isn’t a real priority. - Promises of international work sound great at first but rarely actually happens unless you already live in those places. - The earning potential looks good on paper, but there’s almost no real support to help you reach it.

      - Leadership is disorganized and heavily driven by favoritism. - No real structure for professional growth or career progression. - Constant turnover and low morale - Accountability is almost nonexistent, and poor management goes unchecked. - Compensation is hideously low unless you’re one of the few “favorites” hitting targets.
