Worst work culture and management ethics

Pros

Salary are slightly over the industry standards HOYA surgical Optics Global Headquarters is located in a good location with plenty of food courts around.

Cons

No job security at all. Employee are fired abruptly without any notice or discussion. High domination by japanese people in the organisation Company looks for ever reason to NOT pay the bonus to the employees. It is more like a family run business. Premative system and processes.

If you intend to learn how to play political game , this is the best company for your training.

Cons

You will be sacrificed by operation head when operation head did the mistake . Pushing responsibilities is the company culture, especially in production departments.
