Pros

There's a mini-gym in the Beijing office and a pool table in the Hefei office. Quite nice if you get to visit. Lots of chances to get free fitness bands, scales etc if you sign up for the alpha test runs.

Cons

The corporate hierarchy is suffocating. The CEO is a dictator who listens to nobody and makes impressively stupid market/management decisions. The high/mid level management responds by sucking up to him and pressuring their underlings. It's very hard to convince people above you of anything if you have differing opinions. They pay below the market rate and barely give raises. They really only have themselves to blame for the poor performance of the company. Their profits dropped in the recent quarters and they're trying very hard to find excuses to pay people less in order to cut costs.

Pathetic Chinese culture. Always lying.

Pros

The company is getting more recognized.

Cons

Working on projects for launch on china market (otherwise you are laid off...). Focus on stealing Intellectual Property of other companies. No focus on employee personal well being. You need to be Yes-Monkey to survive here. If you cannot speak mandarin and read Chinese words, no room for career growth / advancement. Unrealistic dead lines, no work-life balance. They will extract all you know about your former employer and then dump you.
