It's not really an MNC

Pros

Salary higher than the market average in the position.

Cons

Relatively, higher pay to buy your time. Long working hours and no work-life balance have become a label for the company. I accept OT, but most OT jobs after office hours and weekends are for those team meetings or training rather than solving the problem. You are expected to reply to the chat message or call at midnight and the weekend. It may be suitable for graduates but definitely is not good for a family man. Furthermore, it's a very hierarchical company. For example, the company combined regular and contractor employees. These discriminating treatments drive a wedge between teams. Even regular staff have different title rankings in the company. It calls it an MNC, but it doesn't. It seems has less autonomy in the local team. We always need to ask for the HQ team. What I don't like most is their so call military management. For example, if you reached the office late after 9 am, even 1 min. The attendance system will send an alert to you, and you must declare it to your manager and explain why you are late.

Pros

The CEO is very good and professional.

Cons

In the team I worked for, the manager has a habit of verbally harassing team members when he is angry, in the name of pushing boundaries to achieve the targets(with female staff as well). Although the HR agreed that verballing harassing, threatening, and pushing around for work is not professional and usually not an acceptable practice, I feel as an organization it is sad that they are unable to control such behaviour and ensure professionalism in the work environment and make sure that the work environment is conducive to work.
