      Some people were nice to work with.

      Cons

      If you weren't their favorite they punished you by making you sit by the door while the heat was out. Point system not fair to some.

      Pros

      Willing to give anyone a chance who is willing to take a leap of faith. Easy to get hired on.

      Cons

      Poor management, always changing processes and pay plan. Also, lack direction but might be by design so nobody knows what's going on but upper management. Regardless if you do a good job or poor you are on the clock and on your way out. Was told by someone close to owner that they pay the window washer depending on how desperate he is at the time.
