Pros

Hubtype offers 100% remote work opportunities, which is a positive aspect for those seeking flexibility and the ability to work from anywhere. It offers technical jobs for young professionals, with a particular emphasis on fields like machine learning and software development. Portfolio of high-profile clients may serve as an exciting motivation for those just starting out in their careers. Overall, Hubtype could be a decent place for internships or entry-level roles, especially for those living in rural areas of Spain and unwilling to relocate to a larger city.

Cons

Their AI-based product might have been innovative a couple of years ago, but it no longer stands out in the rapidly advancing tech industry. The company seems to lack the experience and understanding necessary to manage large accounts effectively. The concept of customer loyalty appears to be poorly understood, resulting in missed opportunities for growth and long-term customer relationships. The absence of senior personnel and lack of mentorship within the company is a significant drawback. The lack of career growth opportunities essentially turns Hubtype into a stepping stone rather than a place to build a long-term career. The Human Resources department is completely off the mark. An obsession with frequent and often irrelevant employee surveys overshadows genuine employee concerns and feedback. The company's handling of sexual harassment and employee rights is poor. Hubtype lacks a clear commercial strategy. The marketing and HR departments are disproportionately large, while more critical departments are understaffed and take on random responsibilities. The lack of vision and strategic direction could ultimately lead to the company's downfall if not addressed promptly. Overall, Hubtype may not be the ideal choice for those seeking long-term career growth and a supportive work environment.

Pros

Nice colleagues Good work-life balance

Cons

Continued disappointment in witnessing the inconsistency between the startup's values speech and the clumsy decisions and crude gestures from management. Situations handled without tact and with the sole interest of getting rid of the problem, quick fixes for any kind of issue

Pros

Flexible work, amazing colleagues, remote work

Cons

During the last months of my experience in this company, I witnessed a terrible situation in which a colleague complained of sexual harassment and the management kept the harasser making the situation unbearable. As a result of this, both the victim and many other colleagues have left the company. This kind of situation must be avoided in all companies and the victims must be protected.
