Pros

Opportunities to make pretty good work, considering it's for a car client.

Cons

Empty ship - there are only a handful of creatives left, essentially senior management and a crew of freelancers. Weak leadership - it's a one-client shop, so at the end of the day, they'll do what the client tells them to. Client (Ford Motor Company) is a very hierarchical boys club, so their culture becomes the agency's culture. Very rarely will you get a performance review, promotion, or raise, in either NY or Detroit.

Pros

A lot of experience in a short amount of time, fun projects, innovation is valued, enough room to create your own path, great benefits, once we moved together it created an great team environment if you work in the Dearborn office, small agency things can move quickly, you will never be bored. If your ambitious and hardworking this is the place for you.

Cons

You will work hard for very little money, raises go to NY office and take forever, company only focuses and values creative growth, consistently trying to compete with TDI/Ford, expectations are ridiculous at times for under scoped teams, New york people are difficult to work with, cliquey and only think about building resumes and winning awards not moving the business/clients, Some people are not required to do there job so things often do not launch correctly which is embarrassing, a lot of finger pointing and "CYA", high turn over, if you work in the Dearborn office the ambitious and hardworking people move on to Ford business, HR is basically nonexistent.
