As time wears on, the failures of the executive team become more and more apparent. A single word I would use to describe the leadership team would be - “ego”. There is a huge lack of direction, feedback, empathy and management from the leadership team to the larger company. There is absolutely no focus on team building, teamwork or employee development. If you don’t fit in with the bro-y, egocentric, individual heroics only attitude that is cultivated by leadership, you probably won’t last long. There is a ton of turnover of quality employees and I don’t see that ever changing because of the lack of recognition, focus and respect from management. People are burnt-out. Not sure how much longer I want to hold out.
