      Pros

      Decent pay, easy drive if you live within the Lehigh Valley.

      Cons

      The company is managed by VC’s. Too many VP’s & they failed to follow through on plans. Overall a decent place if you need a 9-5 and don’t have any ambitions. Not to say that ambitions people will not make it, you have to understand their politics.

      You get most weekends off

      Cons

      A lot has changed with the new CEO and leadership team. Now it's stressful with unrealistic expectations and no investment in better products or the future of the company and their employees.

      The employees that have been with the company since before the merger are genuine caring people that want the company to be successful.

      Toxic work culture - Favoritism shown by senior management - Unclear business strategy - Layoffs - 401K claw back of employer match
