I have been working at Humana full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Best place you could ever work, they actually care about your well being and you as a person. So many opportunities to grow and learn and many options for you to engage and get to know others from all over. Personally, my bosses are AMAZING and couldn’t have picked a great team. I have to be honest and say I honestly love my job. Pay is great and benefits are also good.

    Cons

Sometimes WAH can be pretty lonely.

I worked at Humana full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

My Leader was brilliant and a lot of fun to work with. She was held back from being a great leader because the team is filled with terrible people who also happened to be void of any talent. You would think a team with a great leader would be inspired to emulate her great qualities. But sadly, they did not. Humana has some good leaders, but they do a terrible job of creating high performing teams. A great company to work for if you are benefit and PTO driven, both of which are best in industry.

    Cons

As I said above, I unfortunately was surrounded by truly bad people...not bad workers, but bad people.
