Pros
Set top manufacturing is interesting business, and fun to engage in. Medical insurance benefit is good, but now they've outsourced payroll and benefits so expect that may change.
Cons
Horrible communication between Korea HQ & international offices/personnel. If you're not a Korean national expect to be marginalized beyond reproach on a daily basis. Not much innovation within R&D, basically the standard method is to just copy generic chip maker's reference design. Very little value added for Humax products. Have no vision or ability to compete in the U.S. I was treated like a indentured servant child everyday, my ideas were not respected and no holistic, shared view of respect existed
