Pros
Although a saturated market, Humio's solution is light years ahead of the competition in regards to performance, ease of use, and pricing. Highly intelligent founders. Great leadership team. Good benefits, 401K matching.
Cons
Typical startup growing pains around process / accountability as expected. Collaboration amongst the sales/sales engineering team needs work.

Pros
The pay is really good. Good team members. Really good managers. You always get support when you need it. The company is going to succeed.
Cons
There isn't really much bad things you can say about a good company. So finding 20 words to write a con is very, extremely, hard and tough.
