      Cons

      Diversity and inclusion efforts in gender, age, and employment history is great. Diversity in ethnicity and other areas is lacking and this could help increase creative solutions for our clients and internal process improvement.

      Thanks for dropping a line! We are excited about our newly remodeled work spaces too! The firm is also invested in strategically growing in the DEI area. We have hosted internal lunch and learns on various DEI related topics, are partnering with local inner city schools to promote accounting and IT careers to diverse populations of students, and getting involved with diverse organizations.

      Pros

      I'm surrounded by highly intelligent and thoughtful professionals who not only seek my input, but always make me feel like a valued member of the team. We are on a growth initiative and seeing a lot of positive changes within the company as well as in the industry and it's an exciting time to be here. My favorite perk of working here is the flexible work schedule and environment that's very conducive to work-life balance and raising a family.

      Long hours during tax-season, but that's the nature of the job!

      Pros

      Hungerford talks the talk and walks the walk. What you see is what you get. Every interaction you have with a Staff member at Hungerford is a positive one and this company is truly what they say they are! Strong values as an organization. This is the best company I have ever worked for. There is so much trust and support within the whole organization. The firm is always considering employee ideas and wanting to improve and grow. I feel valued here.

      Cons

      I really can't think of any. More mid-sized firm so the salary does reflect that compared to a bigger firm, but I am fairly happy with benefits and salary. The work/life balance and flexibility are second to none.
