Pros

Hybrid work mode and reduced travel requirements were convenient.

Cons

Communication from management often lacked clarity, and workloads could become excessive without proper prioritization. Expectations were frequently unrealistic, which created unnecessary pressure. There was also a constant feeling of job insecurity during low business periods. Employee contributions and credits were not always acknowledged, and appreciation for hard work felt limited. In some situations, employees were expected to handle responsibilities outside their actual scope under the label of “team support.” Constructive feedback or differing opinions did not always seem welcomed, which made the work environment uncomfortable at times.

None that I can think of. A company with no future vision.

Cons

A very short term goal oriented company. If you are reading this review and are interviewing or have received an offer letter from the company, I would warn you against joining it. The company has no job security. Do not leave your well settled job for this company.
