      Pros

      Mostly remote employees and the sales reps are generally very nice and understanding.

      Cons

      Some forced to go in person to do a remote job. Sales managers usually on a power trip. No yearly raises or bonuses. Only bonus offered was based on the sales reps performance and carried over to Operations. Nobody respects time outside of work and there is always a "fire" to put out that is treated as life or death.

      Pros

      You can put some notches on your belt here aka add experience to your resume. No micromanagment. Can balance home life.

      Cons

      No ladder, no future. Stuck in the same department for years. No levels so no opportunity to grow. Nepo culture. You have to be related to advance.
