      Hytest is a world leader in monoclonal antibodies and recombinant protein dervelopment. All emloyees are excellent professionals. The company shown constant growth

      New technologies are very poorly introduced. Almost no carеer progression

      Pros

      Big customers. However, they have some concerns nowadays. Used to have strong employment retention. This was the biggest pro. Now it's changing. It used to be a very profitable company with a good atmosphere. All that is behind now.

      Cons

      Chinese-owned former Finnish company that has extensive operations in Russia. Small office in Finland. Inexperienced top management. After Mindray acquired Hytest and implemented organizational changes, its performance has been steadily declining. Currently undergoing mass layoffs to get cheaper workers. Also, permanently cutting a lot of positions.
