      Based on overall experience its hard to think of any pros

      Manipulative leadership team. All talk and that too only BS ( exactly the opposite of their so called corporate 'Values'). Hire and Fire policy ! This is their strategy for growth . Unhealthy. Lacking authenticity and principles.
