Pros

Products and services have a solid reputation in the O&G industry. Strong process and procedures to back up products and services. Aggressive YoY growth targets.

Cons

Not really a 'con' as such but working here is not for the faint of heart. Rightly, Management have high expectations and if you aren't performing expect to be removed.... hense a lot of negativity on the reviews here.
