Pros
The benefits can be nice if you dont mind paying on a higher rate. (Co pay and deductions)
Cons
Completely new management of suck ups make the daily basis of the job a nightmare and can never hold on to their employees I worked for hydraulic controls for 5 years, I met some of the best people working here and we all grew a large relationship (like a family). A few years ago management changed and they brought in a guy that didn't really know anything about running a hydraulic shop and started slowly making all the old employees to leave because they were tried of not being lessened and was just trying to help fix problems. The management of back stabbers has only grown and the company is on a down ward nose dive.

Pros
Some of my co-workers were decent human beings, not many though I could count them on one hand. Can not say anything else good.
Cons
Over managed, management gets promoted for the wrong reasons. Management really needs to be completely replaced from top to bottom. Awards suck ups only.
