Quality of work and level of uniqueness in the projects being worked on, flexible management (depends upon who you are working with though) prividing great balance in work and life, ability to work from home or from remote office and great networking access even using internet.

Cons

Salary (average or below average), takes time to take management decisions, some level of corporate complications and politics involved.
