Pros
Walking distance to the MRT, very accessible to shopping malls and food markets. There are some good people working in the team but they wouldn't stay long. We feel stuck.
Cons
Now you see me, now you don't... got colleague disappeared overnight. Many colleagues also leaving, Very high turnover. Management likes micro managing with no or little empowerment to staff. Now becoming a MLM company even worse. Focus little on engineering and innovation. We are 'forced' to buy or sell products to friends and family (if you don't support as an employee then you know la....) and also asked to encourage family members to sign up as distributors and attend the same talks over and over during weekends. Far from being a healthy work place for anyone with family who needs stability.
