      Pros

      - Tech solutions in up and coming industry in additive manufacturing - Global footprint and outlook - Small organization with flexibility and growth potential

      Cons

      - Unnecessarily hierarchical - Absence of direction (no longer founder-led) - Lengthy strategic deliberations make iteration slow - Inexperienced team figuring out how to work together

      Pros

      - the people are really nice and friendly, easy to approach and easy to talk to. One of the best group of people I’ve worked with. Given a small company, they’ll always go out for lunch as a company and eat together - core product is interesting and moving forward with great people working on it, has a lot of potential but as a web developer you don’t really get to work on it (find their algo engineering roles instead!) - if you work for it, you can craft your own space and role in the company.

      Cons

      - website and platform uses technology stacks that are a bit old and requires a lot of maintenance - not able to WFH despite being a tech start up - poor benefits & ok salary - lack direction (but it is changing)
