Business outlook
Pros
Good small company environment to work in. Flexible when need time off and on hours as long as work gets done. Great teamwork - everyone pitches in when a big job requires extra help. Everyone has a good attitude and truly wants the company to succeed.
Cons
Some ups and downs with sales goals causes stress, but is the nature of retail and a startup company. Most everyone does multiple jobs because it is a small company. It can get overwhelming. Some processes are complicated and not consistent.
