Pros
I worked for hyphen for around 3 years full time. Some the individuals that work there are amazing, really exceptional recruiters - not transnational traditional recruiters but real business partners. They take time to understand their client needs and have passion about what they are doing and how they do it.
Cons
unfortunately the cons for me out wieghed the pro's including: - - Lack of praise (both financial and non-financial) - High staff attrition - those that work hard and are really embedded with the client go unnoticed or are forgotten. - Little training and development from the company - Limited career progression - Not a great work-life-balance - Very us and them mentality from the head office
