With the correct mentor and connections in higher management one can achieve a lot and it can be an acceptable work environment if one does not expect fair treatment or promotion on merit.
Cons
People are very full of themselves and cultivate a sickening culture. If one does not perform tremendous overtime and is not willing to make this organisation his family one will be considered a misfit.
