Pros

Most people in ICAP stay for more than 10-15 years so the environment is very friendly. ICAP has lot of different departments and many interesting projects, it deals with businesses that comply to no other company in Greece. Most people work 8.30-17.30 that is very good for Greek standards... (of course overtime and weekends are never paid)

Cons

-The employers at ICAP never get a raise, no matter how hard they work (and that applies also to people who have dedicated 20+ years of their lives to the company). -The employers never get acknowledged, only 15-20 people per year (we are 1000+ as a group) get a new upgrade title but with no salary modifications. You are a Manager only by title. -The motto of the upper management is "everyone is disposable, no one irreplaceable, reduce all costs". -The management never trains you properly for anything, they never invest in you but expect help from outsourcers that cost 5x money to the budget. -There is competition between the departments instead of collaboration, that is the result of upper management pressure. -The structure is a bit chaotic and a lot of work is needed to distinguish roles between the employees, sometimes you ask here and there who is responsible for what. -The rate of people quitting is getting higher every year and that causes problems for the delegates who must handle their work, a lot of manhours lost there (but the upper management doesn't seem to care as long as the next employee is an intern that will accept lower salary than the one's who left). -People from ALL departments have negative things to say about the career stability, the salaries and the personal growth within the company.
