      Pros

      Currently now, there is no pros. The company was a great place to work until a new Manager took over, started to install camera's and micro manage various aspects of the company.

      Cons

      The company is not loyal to their employee's I have witness them fire people at vulnerable times in their life. For example, shortly after having a child, buying a home, and getting married.

      Pros

      Small company atmosphere. Pleasant work environment. 2 weeks vacation and 3 days sick time . Just recently started co-pay health insurance.

      Cons

      No raises, No 401K, Low pay scale. Not a place to make a career.
