Pros
Small, family-owned company. Nice building; concerted attempt to appreciate the employees.
Cons
Preference to workers who produce almost immediately. No formal training. Growing pains due to increase in business, post-pandemic. Apparently high turnover; complex, intricate work is time-consuming. Communication could be better.

Pros
Pay is pretty good for such a sedentary work environment. Day starts early, therefore you get off at an earlier time.
Cons
Unorganized and unclear in the training process, followed with little to no support. This is a very dull, silent, and sedentary work environment, which could be a pro depending on preference.
