I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy !! The upper management is the most disgusting group of individuals I have ever worked with . They are cheap, you'll never get a raise,its all about them, and how much money they can stuff into their own pockets. Nothing but a bunch of bean counters running the business into the ground as they have no understanding of the paint industry. Constant turnover and no direction as everything they have tried in five years has failed miserably. They treat the employees horribly and will flip this company again in the near future. Stay away unless you are out of work and willing to take any job!!

This company has no clear plan, or pull through. They are trying to be a major player in the paint industry but in reality they are only viable in the New England area. No support, no communication, constantly changing directions. Unstable company to work for. Management is constantly changing and they never follow through with their strategy.
