      Some processes and structures can be more productive, but it is a start-up so everyone is constantly trying to make things better.

      - flexible working hours, remote first - interesting product - the people are key, they're really great - nice office with drinks, snacks, occasional lunch/dinner - support in getting the equipment you need

      - top level doesn't seem to always be in line with employees - your job title may influence your position and chances in the company
