IDEAL has a rich 121 year history. We went back to American ownership in 2017 after the company had been downsized by our previous owner. Since then, we have modernized the company with a robust technology stack, rightsized the company, grown at a healthy pace, and filled up the parking lot. We are the size of company where everyone contribution matters, but we have backups to cover when we are out.

Changing for the better, not relying on system of the past. Adopting new technologies that really work and allow better service to customers. A brand that stands for quality products...American made products. Excellent facility with limitless potential. A new corporate culture that fosters effective communication, streamlined processes, increase authority to individuals, and having fun.

Cons

Change is a part of our culture and a necessity. Regardless of change management, some employees resist.
