      Pros

      The people are fantastic, really diverse client portfolio, training is great. Team structure works well to offer strong support. Really flexible working

      Cons

      Quite a lot of churn in my team whilst I was there. A lot of juniors leaving around the year mark as promotions were relatively slow.

      Pros

      I have loved working at IDHL over the past 5 years! The projects vary and give exposure to different industries and technical/ creative solutions. The business structure provides opportunity to lean on and learn from specialists outside of your day to day focus. I worked with a brilliant set of people including 2 excellent managers throughout my time at IDHL. Everyone genuinely cares about what they are doing and the culture is collaborative, inclusive and nurturing. There is a lot of focus on progression and opportunities are created to support individuals in this.
