Pros
I would hate for a potential employee to look at all the positive reviews of this company and think that it's a great place to work. Here are the pros: If you like to eat junk, you'll have a lot of opportunities. There's always a cornucopia of unhealthy snacks. Parking is free. There are free drinks (coffee, kombucha, La Croix, and beer). Health benefits are good
Cons
Not a flexible working environment. The new CEO believes in "butts in seats" for everyone besides himself and his direct reports. No transparency (again thanks to the new CEO) High turnover and you won't know someone left until their chair is empty Poor / work life balance Teams don't don't work well together and everyone is too busy blaming each other instead of actually getting work done. The company is split between two suites and there's a clear cultural difference between the two offices.
