Pros

Interesting work and great pay and benefits. There are opportunities for some really interesting work and room to learn. Everyone I worked with on a daily basis was helpful with any questions I had given I started working in a new area than previously. I think the company is great overall.

Cons

The interview process feels all over the place. I interviewed with multiple managers in multiple rounds. You don't really know what job your interviewing for even though you apply to a certain position. I ended up getting a job offer for a role completely different than what I applied for (but was described as what I wanted when I asked about it) which led me to wanting to leave the company shortly after.

Pros

In the beginning, it was good because WFH policy was in effect and it was enforced due to the pandemic. Also, 401K match was very good and PTO was very generous.

Cons

Once WFH policy got lifted, everyone came back to the office. Upper management said that everyone could have a 60% in office/40% WFH posture going forward, but it was definitely frowned upon by management if you tried working from home. Also, the whole company felt like an informal cult in the way everyone conducted business informally. Additionally, the fact that multiple employees were married to each other and held high-ranking positions was kind of uncomfortable to work with.
