Pros

Flexible schedule but that is it, no other perks. The work environment is toxic.

Cons

Horrible management, favoritism, management is hypocritical and targets people who they do not like and want to chase out, no follow through with management on issues, human resources sides with management even when evidence clearly shows issues issues originate from management, culture is horrible almost all employees fight amongst each other, not a team environment, and company has a horrible reputation within the industry, no one wants to work there even for inflated salaries..

Pros

None, that I've seen after being with the company for more than a year and a half. Maybe steady work through Covid but still contracted it from a coworker, so that's awesome.

Cons

Low pay Management is clueless Supervisors in field are just as clueless Employees are treated as expendable Travel without compensation No paid holidays Must use vacation if you're sick, no sick leave. No tools program or compensation No upward mobility, rather hire instead of promoting within. Definitely a glass ceiling, best way to get a raise is to leave.

Pros

This is a solid company . Publicly traded and is on solid financial ground. The benefits package is decent and there are a lot of good people here.

Cons

There is too much nepotism and far too many inter related employees to make this a healthy place to work. The new management group is quickly ruining employee attitude and morale with their do little strategy.
