Can be political, government can freeze our wages.

Management, even front line managers, don't have much time for staff. They prefer that the staff not bother them and don't really care whether the staff actually do any work. Poor performance management leading to people hanging around for the pay and not really doing anything productive.

this is a safe space, there is not much opportunity to learn and grow personally, not due to to the people or the work but mainly due to the IESO being so heavily connected to politics and politics is not at all part of electricity planning, 4 yrs vs 20, so one cannot create or design systems that are modern or global standard

Lots of deadlines and sometimes might be short staffed.

Accessibility to Mississauga office could be better
