      Pros

      Colleagues are great, people are driven for good reasons. Wage is good. I value my position with IFRC.

      Cons

      Better integration with other departments would be good.

      Great people to work with, incredibly slow and inadequate HR and Admin system

      Pros

      Great cause, enormous contribution to help the vulnerable people and communities in high risk places, humanitarian spirit, dedicated, committed and pleasant to work with colleagues.

      Cons

      Slow and not very responsive HR and admin support. Takes several follow ups to get a basic document. Too many systems in place that are not synchronized.
