Pros
Only managers stay here long . If you Mexican or a white dumb blonde you will get hire. Lots of overtime during peakseason. You better take advantage of that because you don't get paid well
Cons
No good raises, poor turnovers, Hr is a joke they fire people for no reason and Hr will defend the managers and will not do a investigation. They hire supervisors with no experience and are not qualified. The employees that do have experience will do all the work and there is employees Mexicans or whites that makes mistakes for years and still here.

Pros
There are none, there is no upside to working in this environment. Would stay clear unless you are desperate for a job. (only put 1 star, since it won't let you put 0 stars on the rating)
Cons
Not a trust worthy company, they will not be honest, work you too many hours then not pay you what they owe you if you leave. Not concerned for employees, only how much profit they can make.
