      It is very good for researchers and students. The payment is fairly good in the region of Brandenburg.

      Good to make circuits for your PhD

      Lots of silicon good measurement equipment very good SiGe technology and silicon photonics

      Cons

      -messy lab in terms of organization, although it is full of expensive equipment -Lots of junk work in addition to your own research point. This project work brings money to the institute . -contracts for one year and they extend it every year by a new one
